Looking fo ratings plugin

Im looking for a plugin that will allow users to post there rating (0-5) in there comment. then all of the ratings will be averaged and shown in the post.
Is there a plugin that does this? Will there be?An example https://www.yelp.com/biz/petite-deli-san-francisco
Would really appreciate some help.
