    To get the specifics out of the way;

    I’m hosting on Dreamhost. They have the one-click installs. I upgraded from 2.x to 2.3.3. Now when visiting my site I get “Error 404 – page not found” in whatever theme I’m running.

    When going to the Admin section for the first time after upgrading, I got the message about needing to update my database. So I let it do that.

    I can still get to the admin panel of WordPress, I make a post, but none of the posts are showing up.

    Any thoughts?

    what do the upgrade instructions say?? Did you read them?

    I could just tell you the answer but you really ought to be looking at these yourself.

    Your answer is in following THOSE instructions.(2 years here you ought to know this)

    I prefer to call it constructive criticism.

    You’re right – that was me being a rude, petulant little boy who just wanted it handed to him on a silver platter.

    I apologize and I’m sincere about that.

    I found the problem cleared up after disabling my plug-ins.

    Thanks for the constructive criticism ??
