Hello

I’m using your plugin to run multiple currencies, and everything is working fine on the simple products, but I have experienced some problems on the variable problems. In the standard currency (DKK) everything works fine.

But in the other currencies, such as EUR and Dollars, the prices are wrong for the variable products. For example, we have some products called Baby Bonnets, and the danish price is around 140DKK. That should get an euro price around 16 EUR, but somehow the price are 2 EUR instead on the variable products. So the price is way too low on the variable products – do you know what could be wrong?

Hello Thomas

Try to deactivate all plugins except woocommerce+woocs – maybe you have another plugin which uses hooks for variables products too and its recounts more than 1 time …

By setting up a testversion on another domain I found out the update wasn’t enough, I had to de-activate the W3 Total Cache plugin to make it work.

Problem is, I can’t really delete the cache plugin from the real site, as it will make it work really slow. Is there anyway those 2 plugins can be activated, and the EUR and Dollar currencies can be shown correct in variable products? ??

Update please to the latest version of the plugin and in the plugin settings set ‘I am using cache plugin on my site‘ to ‘Yes’

Hello! I just did, but the problem is still there. I have cleared the cache, but it still shows the wrong price. Any other suggestions?

Look at this variable product – the price is 5 euro, even though it’s set to 299DKK, which should give around 40 euros.

One moment – you usinf cache plugin – activate in the plugin settings ‘I am using cache plugin on my site’ and clear cache …
