I’ve tried for a good hour to get the carousel slider and or the flex slider to show up on the home page. The pictures won’t load. I’m wondering if the slider only works for the premium version of Virtue. Does anyone know? Or have a quick fix to get the slider to work?

Hello! Those sliders should both work just find on the free version of the theme. There are no features visible within the free version that aren’t accessible.

Would it be possible for you to send a link to your site so I can see how it looks?

    Thanks,
    Kevin

Sure thing Kevin. I have it set to carousel slider at the moment. https://www.cocobellanaturals.com/

Maybe you will know what is wrong with my product pages as well? They are missing formatting: https://www.cocobellanaturals.com/product/vanilla-sugar-body-scrub/

It just spins and spins but if you click and drag on the spinning icon, you will see one of the slider images.

    Hey,
I’m seeing that your missing a key call for scripts in the footer of your site. You also seem to have files loading that are not part of this theme but are in the theme folder:

Have you changed the theme content?

I might have accidentally deleted the code in the footer when I was trying to remove the site title, copyright, and credit at the bottom. I also deleted a link that an SEO plugin added when I installed their plugin. That is the only change I have made (accidentally).

I know that there is/was another store/product plugin active. Not sure if that is causing the product pages to look the way they do.

Thank you for looking into this for me!

    Hey,
So I suggest just removing the theme and reinstalling. That will fix your issues.

You can change the copyright text right in your theme options > misc settings. Don’t need to edit files for that.

And yes only use one store plugin, we strongly suggest woocomerce.

Ok, reinstalled and looking good (except for the products). I will need to remake all the products in woocommerce and deactivate the old store plugin. You think for sure that this is why my Products pages look this way?

    Thanks for your help

    Yes,
    Use woocommerce.
