Link in nav bar not underlining

I think it does in the default theme – https://themeisle.com/demo/?theme=Zerif%20Lite. I’m sure it did it before too before I changed the anchor?

Our core values doesn’t get underlined because you added a non existent anchor.

Thank you for your reply. I have added a custom anchor, it is linking it is just not showing the underline.

With regards to the second link you sent, can I not get it to underline unless I use it to link to an entire section? As you can see on the site it is currently linking to a specific part of text.

We are looking to go premium to remove the ‘powered by’ text, we are just waiting client approval upon finalisation (hoping this is the last tweak to be done), so I do appreciate your help.
