cannot get to the login page

i have https://www.pantonar.ro which was ok until recently.
Now i try to get to the https://pantonar.ro/wp-admin and it never gets there but to the viewer web page https://www.pantonar.ro
I cleared the cache of the browser with no improvement. Practically I cannot get to login page in order to admin.
