Can't see any email input.

    Same thing here.
    No ‘your-email’ field is showing to select in the plugin tab (although it existing in the form tab), only “*” instead.
    please help

    I have the latest version of the plugin but still not working, it only list the ‘your-name’ and don’t list any other field.
