Image Titles for Gallery Bank Thumbnails

Hey! How can I get the image title to appear by default for Gallery Thumbnail images. Presently it will only appear when hovering over the thumbnail image. I see nothing in the ‘settings’ or ‘shortcode’ to achieve this.
