    Hi,

    This is a plugin not a theme so it will be installed from plugin’s menu.

    Go to WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Search ” Landing Page” > Click Install > then activate.

    OR
    Go to WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Install > Upload > Choose the plugin file from your computer > Upload.
