Order No. not showing up and little customization

    Hey Bas,

    great work on this plugin!

    For some reason the order number is not displaying.

    For the invoice no. I selected “order-no + year”, which works, but it is not showing the order no. in the line below.

    Also, is it possible to have the text in the footer aligned left instead of centered?

    As another one asked for, I second that, it would be great to be able to show shipping method, as you can show payment method. Also, would it be possible to show the payment method not only in the footer?

    And last but not least, it would be great if you can add to the VAT label the percentage. I think in Germany it is even required to display it is either 7% or 19% MwSt.

    It’s not possible to add the order number to the invoice number. I will add it to the plugin.

    To customize the template, you can create a custom template(FAQ) and adjust the html/css as you like.

    With the latest version it is possible to show the shipping method (only in footer). In the future there will be a template builder available to customize the invoice the easy way.

    About the VAT percentage, you can just change the name of the VAT to VAT {PERCENTAGE} in WooCommerce settings in order to display the percentages.

    Where exactly do I have to put the VAT {PERCENTAGE}

    I went to WooCommerce -> Settings -> VAT tab -> Standard rate and Reduced rate and added VAT {PERCENTAGE} to it, but nothing changed on the pdf invoices when I created them new. Is that the correct place to put it in or is something still wrong.
