The Events Calendar does not cleanup database on removal (uninstall)

    I would like to remove this plugin to test another plugin. I may come back but I want to clean up the database before proceeding.

    It appears this is a common problem with Event Calendar. There are a lot of rows/pages in the _postmeta and _post tables and possibly more in other tables. Custom Post type are tribe_events and tribe_organizer. In the _postmeta most of the rows contain Event something but not all. Event Calendar was the last installed plugin so all the entries are at the end of the tables.

    Am I safe deleting rows in these two table? Are there other table to clean up?

    After my test I may come back to this plugin, but concerned if it can not clean itself up.

    First and foremost, before deleting anything, I would recommend making a complete backup of your DB.

    To answer your question, you should also consider cleaning up the wp_terms, wp_terms_taxonomy, and term_relationship tables (for event categories related goodness)
