    Ive been trying to get NextGen Pro Support to no avail. Nothing through email or their Support Site. I am a recently paid subscriber. Its been 10 days +/- with no response in anyway from them…

    Has anyone else recently experienced this unprofessional behavior??

    I would like my recent payment/upgrade refunded.
