  • Not having the advantage of being given a link to your site and having to provide assistance from only looking at the two small image attachments I can only offer the most likely reason for what you describe.

    If the avatar is not showing up specifically in your Firefox browser but is appearing in other browsers then this means you have a privacy setting turned on within that particular browser that is preventing the images from displaying because of how Firefox handles certain web elements when set in privacy mode.

    To test this go to your Firefox settings (three bars in the upper right corner) – select “Options – choose “Privacy” in the left side menu column and then un-check the “Use Tracking Protection in Private Windows” box.

    Now go back and view the feed (refresh the page first) and the avatars and header should be present.

    Thanks David, you’re absolutely right it was related to that tracking feature. Turning this off, the icon now appears. Fixed!
