Permanently Dismiss Header Menu Notice

How do you permanently dismiss that notice that says, “You can display your main menu or a second menu here horizontally. Manage your menus in the header now or read the documentation.”

I know it doesn’t display for those not logged in, but it’s still simply annoying to see it every time.
