Customer can't pay using credit card instead of Paypal account

Hi there

I am having an issue with a client who said she was unable to pay using a credit card as she hasn’t got a Paypal account. She would get part way through the payment but in IE it kept telling her she hadn’t put in her first name, though she had. And Google chrome gave her an error about not being able to continue.

Is that something that is to do with the cart or payment options or just Paypal glitch?
