Exclude 'all' option?

    Just wondering if it’s possible in the current free or pro version to exclude the ‘search everything’ option on custom taxonomies. And/or to set a default taxonomy term?
    It may seem a little odd, but there are occasions when this would be handy or necessary.
    Hope things are going well the big update.

    Hey Bob

    This is available in pro – there is a filter for hte fields, so you can simply remove this option from those fields you do not wish to have it.

    In free its also *possible* but a bit more hacky, you would remove the item with CSS & JS.

    Is that an apply_filters filter or something in the shortcode?
