Pinnacle theme doesn’t have a boxed layout option like Virtue does. Using page builder you can create something similar by creating rows and setting backgrounds. That’s the closest thing I can think of for Pinnacle.

Unfortunately not. What you could do is create a layout and re-use that same layout for each of your pages from the pre-built layout tab.
