Impossible to create a contact page in Virtue theme

Hey! In the page edit screen, under “Page Attributes,” you should be able to select the template that you’d like to use on the page. Select the “contact” template, and see if that fixes the problem for you.

You do need to be using the virtue/pinnacle toolkit plugin. Do you have that activated?

I’m having trouble with this too! When I go to test it, it says that the email address is invalid – but i know it’s not!

You’re setting up your Contact Form Email in Appearance> Theme Options> Misc Settings, correct?

Hi! I ended up installing the Contact Form 7 plug in and doing it. Only thing is now i’m having trouble receiving the emails to my email!!!

rcrossling, have you checked your spam folder? Are you getting any of the emails?

Yeah I tried that… I think it’s got something to do with the email address host though, because i’ve tested it with my gmail and it worked. It’s frustrating!

Hmm…who is your email host? Have you tried contacting them?

I have it with GoDaddy.. I haven’t yet, thanks but I might!

You can test that your server has email set up correctly using a plugin like this:
