Masonry or Isotope integration

first of all thank you very much for this plugin This is exactly what I needed and it’s been really helpful.
I would appreciate if anyone can help me with style configuration.After I found out that Phototile style configuration will not work, I tried to apply Masonry or Isotope. I’ve read through the websites, both of them saying essentially the same thing.

but I am completely lost and got no clue which file to modify.
