Link "See More" to another page.

    Hello,

    I am new to WordPress and have two very simple questions for more advanced WordPress users.

    See my site at sarahospitals.com to reference for help on my questions.

    1) On my website i am unable to change the link of see more tag to any other page or something, how can i change that link? please help me in that.

    2) How can i add banners in my site on the right hand side of the text on each page?
