Making phone number in header clickable

Use following code in

<a href="tel:+18184536058">+1 818 453 6058 </a>

You will need to replace your number in code.

This is the correct way, go to Editor,Edit Theme,Theme Header(header.php)
and add this line:

<a href="tel: <?php echo of_get_option('phone_number'); ?> "> <?php echo of_get_option('phone_number'); ?> </a>
