undefined index php error with radiate theme

  • Hi there,
    I’ve had some problems with my site (https://www.ifitshipitshere.com) going down due to some php errors I don’t know how to fix. Many are with a plugin (which i have deactivated), but the following seems to be with the theme. Can you tell me what I need to do to repair this?

    here’s the fatal error:
