Editing my Header/Title in SKT Bizness Pro theme.

Okay, I am relatively new to Web Design. I am at a new position where I have inherited a quickly made website from the previous freelance web designer. I was able to make some front-end changes that increased the strength of the site pretty quickly. I am getting into editing the Stylesheet now and find that it’s a pretty different ball game.

I am having an issue finding the script to edit the header/title of the site, which is currently off-center and not quite heavy enough. Web tutorials I have visited all show a very different script than the one I see on my stylesheet. I have been making small changes to the .css just to see where it is reflected on the site but have thus far had no luck targeting the header. Any help in locating this script or finding another way to edit the header would be greatly appreciated.
