• Hi

I have created custom post type :Unis

And then I have created a post : Sydney University & Melbourne University

I created two posts Department of Computing under Sydney University & Melbourne University

Now I have created a search filter using your plugin which is working fine. I get two results displayed which is correct. But two results are displayed each saying
    Department of Computing

The way I would like the results list to be displayed is

    Sydney University
    Department of Computing

    Melbourne University
    Department of Computing

Bro I am not a programmer so can’t write any code so if something already available I could use would be fantastic.

    Thanks

Since your problem is mostly on the result output customization, so no, there is no such thing plug and play solution for you.

This plugin was designed with the flexibility for customization. But you have to know some basic php (something may involve html css, jquery) programming though. If you really can’t code, you should ask/hire someone to do it for you.

What the template that defines the results page? Where can I find it?

Same question as javierlopez which template or file I need to change?

It’s depends on what result template you are using. If it is default search template then you probably can do it in your theme’s search.php.

If it is ajax result template, you can refer to this post to see how to use the uwpqsf_result_tempt filter hook to do the customization.
