Can't login on WP admin

Help!
I’ve been looking in my theme settings, got out, and suddenly I’m kicked out of my dashboard and can’t get back in. Every time I try to go to WP Admin, I’m redirected to my website, as if I’m a outsider who want’s to take a look at the website. So yes, I can see my website, but can’t login. Please help!
