Insert Post Cats not showing

I had the code in my sidebar:

[insert_posts cats="3890" num="1" offset="0" hide_excerpt="true" hide_meta="true"]

It’s one of those Tabs things on the NTV.ca site. It was working fine. It was showing a screenshot of the video in the post (the post format is Video (as oppose to Standard).

But now it’s showing the link to the video and not the image, I’ve checked the featured image – it’s still there .. and the video is fine.

What can I do?
