    Hi,
JetPack was posting to Facebook just fine for a long time.
Then FB wanted me to change my password.
Ever since I’m getting the “This connection may not be working correctly.” message on the Publicize Settings Page.
    I followed these instructions:
    —————————————————–
    Reconnecting Facebook

Sometimes, the connection between Facebook and Jetpack might get disconnected. Not to worry, the following steps should get you up and running again quickly.

Log into your site. Go to your dashboard -> Settings -> Sharing and click the X next to the link to the Facebook profile or page you wish to disconnect.
Reload the page and confirm the link now says Create new Facebook connection, but don’t click that link yet.
Log into your Facebook account. Then go to your Facebook Account Settings > Apps page by clicking this App Settings link.
Remove the WordPress.com app by clicking the X in its row. (If there is no WordPress.com row, don’t worry, just skip this step). If you see a popup asking for confirmation, click the “Remove” button.
Log back into your site. Go to your dashboard -> Settings -> Sharing and follow these steps to reconnect.
    ———————————————–
And also used the FB debugger to check for any OpenGraph or other issues for the last blog post that didn’t post on FB.

What else could be the issue? Please help. Thanks!

Hi there! Please try this alternate method to reconnect your Publicize connections:

    1. Visit https://wordpress.com/sharing

    2. If prompted, select your site from the list

    3. Click the “Disconnect” button next to the connection that isn’t working

    4. Click the “Connect” button to reconnect your account

    5. Repeat for all connected accounts as needed

Then, see if Publicize works as expected for your next post. Let me know, and we can go from there!

Hi Ryan and thanks for getting back with me. I followed your instructions and it seemed to have worked. I’ll keep an eye on it and let you know once I know for sure in a few hours when my next blog post is scheduled to post. By the way, I didn’t see you response until now so I posted this issue again, but I can’t seem to find the new post so I can delete it. Weird.

Hi Ryan, unfortunately the connection between Publicize and Facebook is acting up again. I used both methods to no avail. I have a screen capture, but can’t seem to find a way to attach it to this post.

Ryan, the connection seems to be working again. Weird stuff.
