    There are instructions here for configuring the search shortcode.

    Generally, you don’t need to use the search shortcode if your search is on the same page as your result list. You just need to enable search in the list shortcode:

    [pdb_list search=true]

    If you want the search to be on another page or in another location, you should use the search shortcode and configure it according to the instructions above.
