Display differently between desktop

Hi there,

I need your assistance. i’m using your plugin. It’s great. Unfortunately, after finish developing it, i realized that it display differently between desktop, althought the OS and IE is same version.
OS= Win7, IE=11. This is hosted internally for my intranet website.

the first is what it suppose to look like, where search and category on top and also yellow color for sticky post.
