    Hi Frouck

This is possible but not supported by the plugin.

You would need some custom code. More specifically, you would need to hook into the um_profile_tabs filter and check for the presence of a user meta value.

    Hi,

Tnx for the reply. But I am not a programmer.
I just can read it a little bit, but I don’t dare to touch any code ??

Can you help a little bit more in how to do this?

    For example:
When members sign up, they fill in the profile form, with data about their dog. When someone has more than 1 dog, I’d like to show the second “paw” (=profile-tab), for the 2nd dog. When they have 3 dogs….And so on.
When someone has only 1 dog, I’d like the other profile tabs not to be visible…
When someone has 2 dogs, I’d like 2 tabs to be visible…

Can someone help me to do this?
    Tnx!

@plusplugins I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

Again, I know you are trying to solve your user’s problem and that’s cool. But please do not suggest an offer like that again.
