    Hey,

in Mailchimp i deleted a field form wich first was just a text field. I added a new one with a dropdown function.

My problem is, that in WordPress i see the new field. I can add it to the form and delete the other one but once i reload the old field is back. Nothing was saved ..

That also happens when i change the custom messages etc.

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Thx,
    Phil

    Hi Phil,

Just double checking – are you hitting the Update Form button after you make these changes?

    Let me know, thank you!

basically, to make it less complicated:

    it doesn’t save anything ??

You may want to take a look at your servers error logs for what may specifically be going wrong. Each section gets encoded and stored in the database inside of a custom table. If you have access to the database you may also want to check what is being saved in the fields column in that table.

Who is your host? What OS is the server running? We’re going to need additional information as this is the first report of this issue we are receiving.

    Thanks,
    Evan

    Awesome!

We’re so glad you got things resolved.

    Have a good day!

For the record: I had the same problem, and deactivate-reactivate solved it for me too.
