photos not loading in galleries

I don’t see the file on that page. I am not a tech person. WordPress claims that the non-tech people can create and operate their own website. I was able to create my site and make it work. However, something happened that caused this problem. One day it was working fine and when I opened it a few days later, it wasn’t. My experience in working with this support forum is that the potential solutions are written for technical savvy people. I need more specific information written at a level I can understand. My technical knowledge is enough that I was able to set the site up and get it working with very few problems, But, to troubleshoot by reading solutions with technical terms that I’m not familiar with, and finding files that I have no clue of where they are, is difficult for me.
