  • My exact same problem, even tho I have a menu selected as WPTouch: Header Menu that used to work just fine before the latest update.

    If you are using Jetpack on your WordPress site there seems to be an incompatibility between WPTouch and the Jetpack mobile settings.

    I had the same issues – mobile preview of my menu looked great, but when I checked on my mobile it was a hot mess!

    After deactivating Jetpack (“mobile theme”) I checked again on my mobile and all was good!

    To do this just do the following:

    Jetpack Settings -> scroll down to ‘Mobile Theme” -> click ‘Deactivate”.
