Shortcode is not working

thanks for great plugin
I am new in wordpress I did these step after installation but plugin is not working
1. Install Plugin
2. Activate plugin
3. Add [giftcertificateslite] this shortcode to a post
4. Open that post but did not show anything ?can you please tell me where I am wrong
