GPL – Release your own WordPress Package

I want to make a wordpress package for the capoeira community due to the “Capoeira Viva Edital” (Contest).

1. What it means “distribution conditions are different”?The original package change but will be distribute with analog name (wordpress capoeira v.01) under the same GPL terms.

2.Is there any problem with the relation of that content package under a contest (with prize)?

3.Is there any problem with this package re-distribution under the same GPL terms (just change name-content-options)?

I know that it would be easier to design a new theme (3 special capoeira-based themes will be re-distributed in this package if possible) but I want just to develop all the final “site” for the potencial users to make them easier change the default-preinstalled content and options.

At last…

4. Is there any problem if I include an afiliate link to a hosting company in the readme/instructions.file as this abreviated example:
– Buy a domain <hosting link>
– Install the software
– Manage your content…
