    The majority of the issues we’ve had round this have been resolved, but it does seem to creep up every once in a while.

    If you can give me a break-down of exactly how the pricing ends up being we can try to reproduce it and get it resolved.

    I would need to know the original price of your item(s) in the cart when this happens, and the rule for the discount so we can replicate it.

    Did you have logging enabled in the plugin when this happened? A look at that log for the failed transaction would be good, too.
