• I installed the leaky wall plugin and set it to charge for an article and went to test it. Once I go back to the site it gives me the “To view full article you must subscribe or login”. Once I click on either it just returns me to the home page. It doesn’t ask for any information or anything. How do I fix this?

In Leaky Paywall > Settings make sure you have your Page for Subscription set. Also, make sure it has the [leaky_paywall_subscription] shortcode in the content of the page.

Oh, ok this fixed it. I didn’t realize that I needed to create a “Subscription” page. I thought a pop up was supposed to come up. Thanks! Is there a short code for “Login” and “my account” pages as well? Or is this something that I’m supposed to create independently?

Never mind I found it! Sorry!

Yes, there are shortcodes for the Login and My Account pages. Check the description under the plugin setting for each of those options and you’ll see the shortcode that needs to be added to each page.

Hallo. I am trying to set up Leaky Paywall.
    two questions.

1.Are there not a widget for login? I made one, used a photo as widget.
    2. I have put all the codes on the three pages, but the subscription page has only a box with the title, price and a subscribe button. When I click I get to paypal. Where is the subscription form?

    Dalhaug,
    1. There is not a widget for login, but there is shortcode that you can place anywhere, including a widget. [leaky_paywall_login]

    2. Leaky Paywall does not use a subscription form out of the box. It generates the user based on their email address. We are working on an add-on that will allow you to use a subscribe form instead. It will be available soon.
