  • It’s likely that the CSS for a specific resolution having a setting that causes the cart to disappear. Which theme are you using and are you using the cart widget that came with WooCommerce? Also any website?

I am using the Story theme by Pexeto. I didn’t install any separate plugin so yes, I believe I am using the standard cart widget that Woocommerce comes with. My website is: https://www.brightvegan.com

    Thanks.

Responsive styles for your theme’s menus will be in the theme itself. Although WC has responsive styles for its elements (e.g. cart page content) it does not control your menus.

I just went on the website through an Iphone and Ipad and it appears that the cart icon does show if something is added on the cart (regardless of device used). There’s usually some sort of settings causing it to disappear when there is nothing in the cart.

I paid someone to fix this issue for me. It has been resolved.
