The only major change on the site was an SSL installation Jan 15/16. The photos disappeared sometime afterwords. The photos show in the editor area. I tried to re-load the photos manually. When “Image Settings” come up to load again, nothing happens. The existing photo has a red “x” over it.

    Any suggestions for a fix?

    Thank you.

  • Hello SUPenthusiast, I’m sorry that you are having problems displaying you images. When I visited your website I noticed two things.

    1. Some of your images are displaying. Have you tried clearing your browser and CDN cache?

    2. Your SSL certificate is installed incorrectly.

If you look in the left-hand corner of your website you will notice that the green lock symbol is not lit up. Do not trust that any site is protected if the green lock symbol is not lit up.

I would suggest that you uninstall and reinstall the SSL certificate. Your host should be able to help you with this if you need it.

Then if some of the images are still not displaying, try checking to see if the links are correct for each image. This can be done by hovering over the image and checking the link that displays in the lower left corner.

    Many thanks!

It was a technical person from my host that installed the SSL. I’ll be asking him to help remedy this.

Your response is appreciated more than you know!

    Cheers!

    SUPenthusianst,
