    Hi,

    The file comparison is still working on our test servers — it may be a conflict with another plugin or theme that you have recently added or updated. If you can try temporarily turning off all other plugins, you can narrow down which plugin causes it. If changing plugins does not help, you can try temporarily switching themes (I usually use “twentyfifteen” that comes with WordPress to test issues like this).
