Pics uploading but not showing in the directory once uploaded

@simon,

You have have restrictions on upload size set my your server? This might be the case. Please contact them to check it out.

There is no limit set as the media section on wordpress uploads as many as i want its only on this plugin it was letting me upload 1 by 1 yesterday but after around 6 pics its not letting me upload i will have another go as im keen to use it but its just uploading then processing it refreshes then the pics aren’t there, ive also tried doing it from the media directory but it gives me loads of errors

I installed this for the first time yesterday and am having the same issue, except that I haven’t been able to see ANY images I’ve attempted to upload to add to a gallery:

1. Setup a new gallery and save it
2. Click Add Images
3. Modal opens and click Upload Images
4. Navigate to an image to upload
5. Progress bar indicates the image is being uploaded
6. Spinning wheel and message indicates uploaded images are being processed
7. Modal window goes blank and I can see no images to add to the gallery

I’m on a Mac so have tried the same steps multiple times in Chrome and Safari to no avail.

Maybe I’m missing something! Thanks for any assistance.

yes thats exactly what mine is doing apart from every now and then it will allow 1 pic to be uploaded which is a shame because its a very useful plugin otherwise, it allowed me to upload 3 pics earlier 1 by 1 but then it did exactly the same if it would allow the media directory to work that would be awesome.

I updated to version 1.2.86 this morning and am still having the same problem, but am not sure if the update included the fix to resolve this issue. Did you give it a try simon?

Hi, I’m having the same problem. I sent you guys an email but have not heard back. We use these galleries in our blog posts and now there are blank spots everywhere we have used them. The images are all broken on the back end.

mine appears to be working if you go into the settings you can choose to upload from the media directory which is working for me to since i updated but i haven’t tried uploading in bulk as of yet but otherwise its working great for me.

@rachel are you sure you haven’t made changes which is causing the problems maybe try updating your short codes as the only problems i had with this plugin was uploading otherwise its been spot on.

@sona, I got Gregory’s email, but I had emailed over a week ago, when the problem started.

@simon, I didn’t make any changes. It just stopped working after there was an update. It was working fine until then, but it has always been clunky.
