Did you go to Appearance → Menus and create a Custom Link menu item for Homme? You should create a custom menu instead of using the default menu that is generated by WordPress.

Yes, but when I do that the tab menu stay on the hover position effect.

What I need to do is when the visitor lick on the “Homme” tab, the visitor get no where.

Not sure what to tell you, other than contacting the theme developers. You say that when visitors click the Homme tab, nothing should happen? I thought you wanted them to go to the Products category home page.
