Business model: rent equipment, can your plugin do it?

I’m interested in your plugin but I need to know if it does what I need it to do before deciding to buy.
How does my business works.
I have two types of business model:1. Equipment that I rent.
If user wants to rent an equipment, they have book it three weeks after the day they are trying to do the rent. (If I’m in my site today and I want to rent A-thing, my next date available will be in 3 weeks)I have 25 available units of that equipment. I rent it for 3 or 5 days, the user already knows that when they are renting they will have the equipment for 3 days, or 5 days, is said in the description.
So when someone rents something, it will be not available during the time it takes me to ship it, the time the user has it and the time the product returns to me. Lets say if I rent it for 3 days, the product wont be in stock for around 10 days if not longer.
If I want to cancel or move the dates where I booked the equipment I have to do it 8 days before the date.
Sometimes I have promo codes.
I usually have variable prices (because I own multiple portals)2. Workshops
I have online training courses and sometimes they also include a physical workshop.
I can book when I want to go to that workshop, is included in the price of my course.
But if I miss the date that I booked it, then I will need to pay $xxx to book a new workshop.
If I want to cancel or change the date of a workshop I need to do it 8 days before it. Else I need to contact support.Honestly: can I achieve this through your plugin? I’m currently using latest Woocommerce and EventOn+EventOnTickets
But I’m having the situation that for booking and blocking out three weeks before renting equipment I need a third hand.
