How to remove #038 in url

Hi
I have a a list of product post in my site. if the user enter into my product page it have to redirect to another url(https://sample.com/other/upload/index.php?route=product/product&path=59&product_id=59). I give the script into the description like ‘<script>
window.location = “https://sample.com/other/upload/index.php?route=product/product&path=59&product_id=59&#8221;;
</script>’. But the redirected url is “https://sample.com/other/upload/index.php?route=product/product&path=59&product_id=59&#8221;.

Please help me to remove the #038 in the url thank you…
