Red border failure not solved

I have the same problem that have already been reported by other users. I have done everything recommended in the post Red Border Error Issue on WordPress 4.4.1 but the problem has not been solved.
My hosting is Exclusive Hosting and never got a problem before. Please help! I have tried everything.
Please try to solve this issue and I am sure many donations will come ?? at least one from me!
