    Hi,
I just purchased this plugin today. I have spent almost two hours trying to import that sample file…

I downloaded the sample csv file and added one of my own entries to it.
It keeps telling me ‘No Event Were Found’.

I expected this to be an easy import as that is why we purchased the plugin as we have over 600 events to add to our calendar.

How do I request a refund. The time I spend trying to get the sample loaded I could have been entering our events manually..

    Refund requested.

    Thank you.

    Hi dawyatt!

I’ve just tested our sample CSV is working correctly. Can you give more details about the error you are getting?

    Thanks!

The only error it shows in green,
    No events were found

I have to get my calendar updated asap and I don’t have time to go back and forth. I am entering manually.

    again i WANT a refund!

    Hi dawyatt!

If possible, please send us the CSV file you are importing. I will be glad to help and see what is going on!

    Okay let’s try this again.

I am trying to import the sample file that I downloaded from your site.
It is the file that is not working. So look at the file.

    Hi dawyatt!

I could import the sample CSV successfully here, as I stated before.

Can you please post the version of the following software you are running:

    – WordPress
    – PHP
    – all-in-one-event-calendar plugin
    – all-in-one-event-calendar-csv-feed plugin

    Thanks!

    NO! NO! NO!

I AM OVER THIS PLUGIN AND DO NOT HAVE TIME TO CONTINUE THIS BACK AND FORTH BANTER…

I am on a tight time schedule and thought the way this plugin was described it would do the trick and prevent me from enter over 700 calendar entries… Two+ HOURS plus trying to get one line item from the sample file to import does not cut it.

Please do not ask me for additional information. I have to meet a deadline, but I do want a FULL REFUND.

    PERIOD END OF CONVERSATION!

    Hey dawyatt,

We’ll surely refund you for the purchase, and I’m sorry to hear you weren’t able to import your events. Please contact [email protected] asking for a refund (standard procedure).
I COMPLETELY understand the frustration when you’re expecting something to just work but things get in the way! We’re on the same page.

Just a bit of context, we really don’t have issues with customers not being able to import the sample CSV, and we have tens of new subscription every month. We weren’t able to reproduce that on our side either.
Honesty, the problem may be your server’s/hosting settings, and we’d gladly try to help you, BUT I understand you don’t have the time, and I completely understand.

Please let me know if you need any other help or support, I’m here for you to have the best possible product.
