Restrict Voters by Cache, not IP

I do not want users to have to log in in order to Like a post. I have selected the option to allow visitors to vote only once. I think this is restricting by IP address. Is there any way, in the free or Pro version, to restrict votes not by IP or log in, but maybe by cacheing the post for the single visitor?
I ask because we have a large organization, with a lot of people on the same IP address in our building who may all want to vote.
