Customize Button Brings me to Mantis page

After installing mantis plug-in – I click Customize under the appearance tab and it brings me to a blank page that says:
Edit Add Mantis Advertisement <— this is a clickable link
Mantis Advertisement
When disabled it works just fine. Thanks.
