Plugin installation failing

Hi,

A few months ago, I used the Simple WP Membership plugin on my site. I deleted it, but now I’d like to reinstall it and begin using it again. When I tried, it says that it failed because the destination folder already exists. I tried 2 different cache plugins and deleted my cache, but it still fails to install.

I also tried a couple different themes, in case it was a theme compatibility issue, but no luck. Should I go to my site host about this problem?
