download additional theme

Hi I hope someone can shed light on why my website will not allow me to download the upgraded site. I paid for the theme but I keep receiving error message: Destination folder already exists. /home/lotsofblogs/public_html/ProductReviewer.Me/wp-content/themes/customizr-pro/

I host several blogs from one account but I think I should be able to upgrade each blog. Does anyone have an idea to my error.
